  • "I had ordered a trike kit and it came in just as I was going on vacation, the service dept. and Tim got it installed the same day and I was able to take my bike on the vacation as planed, they where very detail oriented and did a great job, also set up my helmet with the right head set, could not ask for better service, I really recommend this place for customer service and knowledge.   • "I purchased a 1999 and a 2006 Goldwings and I was living in Detroit Michigan at the time I have retired and moved to Las Vegas Nevada. I had a issue with my 2006 Wing and no one here would repair it so I called Tim and he worked on getting it back to him and it was repaired and sent back to me. The service is outstanding and their dealership is above any place I have been to. I call back to them for other issues and I get the best answers I could received and if not they will talk among themselves and get me the answer. They are the best."

  • "While on a trip from Michigan to the "Tail of the Dragon" in Tennessee/North Carolina, my 1986 goldwing blew a gasket. A total bummer! We were on a schedule and I had to make the choice of repairing it, calling the trip off, or upgrading on the spot. Since the store was closing in an hour Stan, and Tim suggested we take THEIR Explorer, and head to a hotel, and come back in the morning to discuss our options. After a night of consideration, I decided to upgrade and continue the trip. They had the bike ready in a hurry, and I was back on the road quickly. The kindness, patience, and understanding Tim and Stan, and the entire team showed was very much appreciated. Thanks guys! Shannon If you haven't been to the "tail of the dragon", you might want to do it. It was awesome!!!"

I first talked to Tom in service and could tell this was a place I could trust. He had George rebuilt the carbs and did some brake work and the bike runs great!   • "I brought my honda 1986 fourtrax here because something was wrong with the transmission. They diagnosed and fixed it very quick and I had my four wheeler within a month. They also fixed other minor things that we asked to be fixed. Overall they did a very good job and I am very happy with the turnout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."

  • "I wanted to tell Mike Schwartz thanks for helping me out a couple weeks ago. I was on a trip with my brother and nephew from Illinois to N. Carolina when my bike broke down near Lima, OH. Mike picked me up and trailered my 2008 Concours back to his shop when it wouldn't start after I stopped for fuel. The service staff was great. They got the problem diagnosed and me back on the road within an hour. Mike and his staff also tried to diagnose my bike long distance when it wouldn't start in Tennessee on my way back home. Again, I want to thank you so much for your service. When I got home, I took the bike to our local dealer. That was May 7th. I told my local dealer what you told me about fixing the problem. It took them over two weeks to diagnose and fix the problem. After that time, our local dealer came to the same conclusion as your staff and I finally got my bike back on May 24th. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in their ability to service my bike. Again, I want to thank you for your willingness to get me back on the road and ability to diagnose my problem. I wish you were located closer. I would love to have such a capable shop close by to service my bike."
